Intense, additional, specific and one to one, courses plus accommodation: To enrol in SUREUROPA courses follow these steps: 1. In order to confirm and secure a place on the course, and for accommodation, a deposit of 150 Euro, payable to SUREUROPA, escuela de espaol, must be deposited into the following account: IBAN: ES85 0182 2318 7102 0152 0837 Bank account: 0182 2318 7102 0152 0837 BIC (SWIFT): BBVAESMM Company official name: Zaralengua, S.L. The transfer must be made at least 3 weeks before the start of the course. After these dates, we cannot guarantee a reserved place. 2. Once the transfer has been made, the following documents should be sent either by post, e-mail or fax: - The completed registration form, photograph and a copy of your passport number. - A copy or confirmation of bank transfer. 3. Once this information is received, confirmation of the course in receipt form, including the total to pay, less the 150 Euro deposit, will be sent by SUREUROPA, along with accommodation details and a map of Zaragoza. Final payment must be made payable to the same account, quoting the receipt number, no later than one week before the course begins. The receipt should be presented on the first day of class. If the transfer cannot be made before the deadline, SUREUROPA will accept payment in euros, on the first day of class, although we recommend the students pay by transfer. CANCELLATION SUREUROPA will only return the 150 Euro deposit to the student, in case the course cannot be carried out by the academy. - If the student cancels the course, full payment, less deposit (150 Euro) will be returned provided the cancellation is made at least one week before the course start. After this date no payments will be returned. INSURANCE SUREUROPA covers its students with an insurance of civil responsibility. Spanish Social Security will cover any necessary medical attention to EU citizens security that provide the correct social document (E.111) or medical insurance. Citizens of other countries are advised to consult their respective insurance companies, concerning claims from Spanish insurance companies or Spanish Social Security. SUREUROPA recommends that its students also take travel insurance, providing cover for the eventuality of a student having to give up the course due to health reasons. Courses for residents of Zaragoza and private classes who already have accommodation in Zaragoza. You can enrol on the course up to one week before the start, by telephone, e-mail or fax. After this time, a student will have to undergo a test to find out their language level. We recommend that payment is made by bank transfer, as stated above, at the beginning of the course. Cash payment in euros will be accepted on the first day of class.
